·       Design Your New Home.  This is the fun part, you get to design your home to your exact needs.  Demetrios is a licensed Structural & Professional Engineer and has many contacts within the Architecture & Engineering community.  He will help you select the appropriate professionals and help you with this process.   

·       Submit For Permit.  Dealing with villages and municipalities can be challenging if you do not have any experience with the process.  No worries, Peak Custom Homes will help you along the process and help you pull all the appropriate permits.

·       Selection Of Finishes.  Peak Custom Homes works with many vendors in the Chicagoland area. 

·       Construction Phase.  Peak Custom Homes will select the subcontractors and manage the construction of your new home.
